The problem

Every lost lead was practice someone didn't get.
Most setting teams train new hires by shadowing and old recordings. Objections get handled with whatever the setter remembers in the moment.
DMs are typed from scratch, and conversations get reviewed when a manager finds the time, which is rarely.
So show rates drop, and nobody can say which message lost the lead.
