Case study · Recruitment platform
Vacancies publish themselves. Applications file themselves.
We built Spinwell Startups a candidate platform connected directly to their recruitment CRM. Vacancies sync onto the site, applications and CVs flow straight back, and candidates track their own status. Designed and built in three weeks.

The brief
The problem
Recruiters work in their CRM. The website has to keep up with it without anyone copying data across.
What we built
A job board, application flow, candidate portal and admin dashboard, all running on the CRM's data.
The result
One source of truth. Vacancies out, applications in, status visible to the candidate.
The problem
A recruitment site is only as useful as its link to the CRM.
Recruiters live in their CRM. If every vacancy has to be posted twice and every CV entered by hand, the website turns into a second job.
And candidates who can't see where their application stands end up emailing to ask.
The goal
One source of truth. Three ways in.
The CRM stays the system of record. The platform reads from it, writes back to it, and gives candidates, recruiters and the internal team each their own way in.
Built for three people
Each one does their part. The platform handles the rest.
- 01
Recruiter
They do: Adds a vacancy in the CRM, like always.
The platform does: Publishes it on the job board automatically, and takes it down when it closes.
- 02
Candidate
They do: Finds a role and applies with their CV.
The platform does: Sends the application and CV straight into the CRM, then shows the candidate their status in a personal portal.
- 03
Admin
They do: Updates pages, content and settings.
The platform does: Gives the team a dashboard to manage the whole site, without a developer.
The site is the easy part. Keeping two systems in step is the work.
Two-way sync
Vacancies flow out of the CRM and applications flow back in, so both systems always show the same thing.
Applications that land in the right place
Every submission and CV is mapped onto the right record in the CRM, not dropped into an inbox.
A portal that only shows what's yours
Candidates sign in and see the status of their own applications, pulled live from the CRM.
Run by the team, not by us
An admin dashboard for content and settings, so day-to-day changes don't need a developer.
